Each journal is handmade, one stitch and fold at a time. Small variations are part of its charm. No two are exactly alike.

How long until it arrives?
Good things take time. After your journal is made, it's sent on its way and arrives within 5-7 business days (for US destinations). Since each one is handmade, please check the processing time listed on the website for a full picture.

How long does processing take?
Each journal is made to order. Processing time depends on current demand. The most up-to-date processing order is listed on the website. Please allow extra time, each stitch and fold is done by hand.

What is your return policy?
Due to handmade nature, return is accepted only on incorrect orders or damage during shipping. If there's an issue, please reach out, every effort will be made to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. As we grow, more countries may be added in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please reach out as soon as possible. Every journal is made to order, once it's in progress or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Do you restock sold out items?
Some do, some don't. Restock depends on material availability. If you see the one you love, don't wait too long.
